Beer and Food Matching

When it comes to matching food and drink beer is as versatile as wine as an accompaniment, and in fact when it comes to desserts, may actually be easier!

We are holding beer tastings at the BBC Good Food shows in Birmingham and London, and have worked with British Food Fortnight to put together local beers to match with local foods for each region. These suggestions can be viewed below by selecting the region.

We are also putting together a selection of recipes from our patrons using their beers in cooking, and some guidelines on matching beers with particular foods. These pages will continue to be developed as we receive more information from our patrons and experts, and if you feel like making a contribution please feel free.
