Intermediate Courses

The Foundation course is a prerequisite for attending the Beer Academy Intermediate course, as we intend not to cover the same ground in both courses.

The course includes tasting a much wider selection of beers, and will take the beer and food matching elements into much greater detail. The course itself will have more interactive elements than the Foundation course, and will require contributions by the delegates themselves. For this reason the course is not held on three consecutive days as preparation for the second and third days is a part of the course.
