Making ‘Beer and Food’ Dance – new ½ day course

Following the great enthusiasm for food courses noted in feedback from those who have attended Beer Academy Foundation course, the Beer Academy has developed a bespoke 4 hour food and beer matching course. This will be available across most areas of the UK wherever there is sufficient demand for between 15 and 20 students per course. The course can be held in pubs, in clubs, for corporate days, on ocean liners and in private homes, the beers being chosen so as to best partner the chosen foods. 

For courses designed for pubs, the Beer Academy will work with the pubs' own menus; but the Academy will also be putting together 'matching charts' showing dishes available widely from supermarkets and food retailers.
